    A LLP may require changing the name due to various business reasons or on the directions of the central government. The procedure for name change of LLP is governed by LLP agreement filed with MCA and provisions of LLP act, 2008.

    Before starting the process, check the name availability on MCA and then with the consent of all the partners name of LLP can be changed.

    DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

    • Initial LLP agreement
    • Consent letter of the Partners to apply for new name.
    • Trademark application or registration certificate(if any)
    • Notice of change of name.
    • Signed copy of Resolution for name change (prepared by us)
    • Supplementary agreement(after approval of new name)
